Inside Sales Manager

The Inside Sales Manager will oversee the day to day operations of a team of Sales Development Representatives and Business Development Representatives. They will motivate, train and evaluate their team and ensure that their responsibilities are performed in a timely and accurate manner with a focus on increasing discovered opportunities, call activity and other Key Performance Indicators. The Lead Generation Manager will report into the VP of Sales & Marketing.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Manage the Sales Development Representative (SDR) & Business Development Representative (BDR) team of between 5-7 reps
  • Coach team through Sales Development process: review lead qualification and manage lead nurturing
  • Join discovery calls to coach and offer real-time feedback
  • Optimize a scalable on-boarding and development infrastructure for SDRs and BDRs in order to minimize their ramp up time
  • Report weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly on pipeline and core skill development metrics
  • Manage phone scripts and email messaging, refine the lead gen pitch and process to achieve maximum results
  • Support Sales Directors (closers), and Marketing to drive new business pipeline and affect maximum results
  • Oversee usage of sales systems including SalesForce, Salesloft, Pardot, and additional tools
  • Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work

What you need to succeed:

  • 2+ years managing a Lead Generation team
  • Previous Inbound and Outbound Lead Generation experience
  • Proven track record of Lead Gen goal attainment
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
