The Inside Sales Manager will oversee the day to day operations of a team of Sales Development Representatives and Business Development Representatives. They will motivate, train and evaluate their team and ensure that their responsibilities are performed in a timely and accurate manner with a focus on increasing discovered opportunities, call activity and other Key Performance Indicators. The Lead Generation Manager will report into the VP of Sales & Marketing.
