CRM Administrator

OmniUpdate is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CRM Administrator. The CRM Administrator will be part of our Sales team and will report to the Business Intelligence Manager. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Salesforce and can troubleshoot and work with end-users to ensure that applications meet their needs. This is a full-time position based in our Camarillo offices. This is not a telecommuting position.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Support sales team in providing access to information and performing operational duties such as processing new leads from marketing activities.
  • Support marketing team in using CRM data to develop targets for email marketing and other campaigns.
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards for information sharing and user efficiency.
  • Enhance CRM functionality by refining existing and implementing new business processes and automations.
  • Create and maintain documentation on new processes, policies, application configuration, and help related materials regarding CRM usage.
  • Maintain integrity of CRM data through regular audits and updates.
  • Coordinate data sharing and integrations to expand CRM usage across various departments and systems.
  • Provide both initial and ongoing training for internal users in proper use of the CRM system.
  • Support internal users in bug fixing/troubleshooting, working with the Salesforce support team as needed.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/technical experience required
  • 1-3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • 1-3+ years of experience with sales and marketing business practices including the full customer lifecycle across departments
  • Competent with Windows and MS Office applications, familiar with data transformation and manipulation skills in tools like MS Excel
  • Experience managing other sales and marketing systems, including integrations with the CRM
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Close attention to detail, and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.
  • Understanding of marketing and deal flow optimization
  • Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work within the company 
  • Effectively manage and solve complex problems 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Apex programming a plus
