OmniUpdate is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic Inside Sales Manager who will act as a “player – coach” and oversee the day to day operations of a team of Outbound Sales Representatives (SDRs). The ideal candidate will not only manage their own outbound prospecting territory but also motivate, train and evaluate the Sales Representatives and ensure that their responsibilities are performed in a timely and accurate manner with a focus on increasing discovered opportunities, call activity and other Key Performance Indicators. The Inside Sales Manager will report into the VP of Sales & Marketing. This is a full-time position based in our Camarillo offices.
