CRM Administrator

OmniUpdate is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CRM Administrator. The CRM Administrator will be part of our Sales team and will report to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Salesforce and can troubleshoot and work with end-uses to ensure that applications meet their needs. This is a full-time position based in our Camarillo offices. This is not a telecommuting position.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Serve as primary administrator and support for Salesforce, including managing user setup, profiles and customization of CRM Settings
  • Develops and creates customized reports, dashboards, and automation when needed
  • Creates and documents application requirements by working closely with multiple departments
  • Manages and coordinates software testing process
  • Trains new and existing users on how to use database applications
  • Processes distribution of new leads from marketing and sales activities to sales teams
  • Manages operational origination of email marketing campaigns and target lists using CRM data
  • Creates and maintains documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials
  • Coordinates data sharing and integrations to expand CRM usage across various departments and systems

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/technical experience required
  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Experience with sales and marketing business practices including the full customer lifecycle across departments
  • Competent with Windows and MS Office applications, including Excel
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Close attention to detail, and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.
  • Understanding of marketing and deal flow optimization
  • Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work within the company 
  • Effectively manage and solve complex problems
