OmniUpdate is seeking an experienced, strategic-thinking Human Resources Manager with a minimum of four years of experience in a similar organization of at least 60 staff members.
The ideal candidate must exhibit professionalism and excellent judgement. They will be comfortable and effective working with other members of the executive team and the Board of Directors. The candidate must also be able to effectively and respectfully communicate with employees at all levels. He or she must be able to evolve and maintain Human Resources policies and programs such as corporate culture initiatives, staffing/recruiting, wage/salary administration, employee relations, benefits and office administration. Candidate must be able to multi-task and work in a quickly changing environment.
This is a full-time position from our Camarillo offices. This is not a telecommuting position.
