OmniUpdate, Inc. is seeking a full-time Senior Support Specialist with a web development background to join our Customer Success Department. We need a web development professional who is inherently focused on customer satisfaction and product success to help our in-house team support our college and university customers who use our web content management system (CMS), OU Campus. This individual will be providing high-level technical support and developing custom solutions for customers. This is a full-time position from our Camarillo offices. This is not a telecommuting position.
